If your application makes it to the interview process, we will check your references with two previous employers.
We will then meet with you for a face-to-face interview. You will be asked questions by certified assessors and asked to take part in a role play session, relevant to the specialist industry sector you want to work in.
All interpreters will undergo an enhanced CRB check and will be asked to submit original copies of all their qualifications at the interview stage.
If we welcome you onto our growing team, you will be given continuous training and support to make sure your skills are kept up to date and you are aware of all relevant developments and changes in your industry sector(s).
